Principal/Architect:

  • Will review project status with the Project Manager on a routine basis
  • Will review design development and construction document drawings and documents
  • Will provide design influence and support to the entire team

Project Manager

  • Will prepare and manage work plans for projects, assign staff personnel and review all work
  • Will develop programming and oversee entire design process
  • Will serve as primary contact with Owner, Tenant and Contractors


Project Designer

  • Will develop space layouts and design specifications
  • Will select and specify finish materials, including type and quality
  • Will develop color schemes and present to Tenant


CAD Technician

  • Will develop drawings and documents for pricing and construction on CAD software
  • Will provide site inspections and documentation in the field
  • Will assist design team in development of design and engineering

The Team structure provides a group of specialists specifically suited to the tasks involved. Each has experience in the total process, but is exceptionally skilled in specific task areas.
